Return Procedure

You can return the products you bought without having to announce to us the reason for their return and request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt by the distributor (according to § 10 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994).

Terms and conditions of product return:

• Returns are only accepted if the returned products are in their original condition, unused and accompanied by their cards and labels as well as the retail receipt.
• Product returns are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt by the courier from the Heaven of Beauty store.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However return may be delayed if Heaven of Beauty does not receive the products or proof of return. Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer when ordering, the refund will be made accordingly:

• For Credit / Debit Card online, the refund will be made to the card.
• For Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit you must provide us with the IBAN of a bank account, the name of the beneficiary as well as the bank to which it relates.
• For purchases via Paypal, there will be a refund via Paypal.

Refunds to you include shipping costs paid by you to purchase the product. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the products and the intact packaging when delivering the order to detect any obvious defects.
